By creating an account you agree to the Sentiora Terms of Service. Key points:
1. Who we are
Sentiora Technologies operates sentioratech.com: AI crypto market intelligence (chat, charts, levels, trade setups) and optional automated trading bots (paper, or live on your own exchange account on eligible plans).
2. Eligibility
You must be 18+ (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). One personal account per person; do not share or transfer it.
3. Geographic restrictions
No access from sanctioned or restricted jurisdictions, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, Myanmar, Venezuela, Sudan, South Sudan, Somalia, Libya, Yemen and the Crimea / Donetsk / Luhansk / Zaporizhzhia / Kherson regions, or anywhere under OFAC, UK, EU or UN sanctions. You must also follow your exchange's country rules. VPN circumvention is a material breach.
4. Not financial advice
All analysis, signals and trade setups (entries, exits, take-profits, stop-losses, sizes, risk-to-reward) are for information and education only. Sentiora is not a registered investment adviser, broker or fiduciary. You make your own decisions.
5. Trading risks
Crypto and leveraged futures are high-risk; you can lose some or all of your capital, and leverage can lead to liquidation. Past and paper results do not predict future or live results. Stop-losses do not guarantee a maximum loss.
6. AI-generated content
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. Evaluate it yourself before acting; we give no warranty on its accuracy.
7. Automated trading (opt-in, non-custodial)
Bots act under your authority through your exchange API keys; we never hold your funds. Use trade-only keys with withdrawals disabled. Bots can be delayed, disconnected or wrong, and stopping one is not instantaneous. You remain responsible for your account.
8. Acceptable use
Use only the official website and notifications. No bots, scripts, scraping, reselling signals or AI output, reverse engineering, competing products or AI training. No market manipulation.
9. Fees, credits and refunds
Free trials: one per person, no card, nothing charged when it ends. Monthly plans; AI credits don't roll over and have no cash value; promo codes are non-transferable. Crypto sent to a wrong address or network can't be recovered. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires. Charging back a used service is a material breach.
10. Liability
Provided "as is". Our liability is capped at the greater of fees paid in the prior 12 months or US$100. We are not liable for trading losses, liquidations, exchange failures, downtime or data errors. Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights are not affected.
11. Disputes
Contact [email protected] first; claims are brought individually, not as a class action.
12. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms (material changes are notified; continued use means acceptance) and may suspend or terminate accounts for breaches or unofficial/automated access; bots are then stopped, stored API keys deleted and unused credits forfeited.
