Email address (for authentication), encrypted passwords (bcrypt), exchange API keys (encrypted at rest, trade-only permissions), trade history and bot performance data, AI chat conversations and token usage.

All data is stored on secured servers with encrypted connections. API keys are encrypted at rest. We use PostgreSQL with TLS for database connections.
Account data is retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data, trade history, and API keys are permanently removed within 24 hours.
We use Stripe for card payments (governed by Stripe's privacy policy), Binance/Bybit APIs for trade execution (governed by their respective policies), and OpenAI for AI analysis (no personal data shared — only market data).
We use localStorage for authentication tokens and user preferences. No tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
