Refund & Cancellation Policy

01Free trial

The Pro trial is free for 3 days, needs no payment details and never turns into a paid plan by itself. When it ends, access stops unless you choose a plan.

02No automatic renewal for crypto payments

A USDT payment buys one month of access. It does not renew automatically: your access ends at the end of the month you paid for unless you pay again. There is nothing to cancel.

03Card plans

When card payments are offered, card plans renew monthly until you cancel. You can cancel online at any time; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period already paid.

04When we refund

If the Services are materially unavailable or not as described and we cannot fix it, we refund the affected period pro rata.

If we close your account or end your plan for a reason other than your breach of the Terms, we refund the unused part of the period.

If we make a material change to the Terms that you do not accept, you may cancel before it takes effect and we refund any prepaid unused period.

Otherwise, fees for a period that has already started are not refundable, and unused AI credits have no cash value.

This policy does not limit any refund or cancellation right you have under consumer law that applies to you.

05How refunds are paid

Card payments are refunded to the original card. Crypto payments are refunded in USDT (TRC20) to the originating wallet after verification, less network fees. We do not refund to third-party wallets.

06How to ask

Email [email protected] with your account email and the payment details. We acknowledge requests within 3 business days and aim to resolve them within 15 business days.
